Well, the first DRAFT is complete.
CHECK IT.
"That's some pretty binder cover!" You say.
"Yeah, thanks," I reply. "I did it myself. It took like an hour."
"An hour?!" you exclaim. "Why on earth would you do that?"
I hug the binder full of 100 pages of manuscript, and shrug.
"Well, the story took me two years."
To the edits I go!
